Communications and Strategic Planning
When it comes to practicing proactive public relations, a strategic
communications plan is key. A strategic plan will help you focus
on your firm’s challenges and opportunities, align goals
and objectives, identify your audience or clientele, decide how
best to reach these people with your key messages, and demonstrate
how your actions are affecting the bottom line.
JM&A will develop, write, and implement a customized strategy

- develop public-speaking opportunities to deliver key messages
to community groups and businesses
- develops audiovisual tools to support public presentations
- plan and develop publications, web sites, and broadcast programs
- provide advice and direction to programs in development
